I am the first! Sorry it seems like it has been a while since I have been an active participant. The pick looks animated so because I have had Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs in my brain recently that is my guess. My boyfriend (yes boyfriend) got the collector's book on the movie and I am trying to figure out how to steal it.

I am totally stumped...

It does look animated Erica...maybe Maleficent on Sleeping Beauty. Looks like a black dress with rhinestone brooch

Well, after the first peek darling husband said Sea Hawk by Erol Flynn. But that's a black and white one, right? So, after the second peek - no idea! But sometimes ideas come while sleeping - good night from Europe, Ladies!

Moulin Rouge? Who didn't love Obi won Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) singing? You know, I love these absolute blind guesses cuz I don't feel bad getting it wrong! lol

Oh wait - was the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner an extra clue? ;) Then maybe that Winona Rider/Angelina Jolie teens in a psych ward flick - aacckk, what was it called? Aahh, thank you Goodsearch - it was "Girl, Interrupted". So this is my second guess in case that WAS an extra clue! *giggle*

I've got to guess a Patrick Swayze movie for this week -how about: To Wong Foo...
I've got a few other ideas, but this is the one I'm going with for now

I am still thinking animated, but maybe mixed. What about Bed Knobs and Broomsticks? Can't wait to see what it is!

How about Beauty and the Beast?

Nancy K said...

Wouldn't Enchanted be fun?!?

Alice in Wonderland.

The 2nd peek makes me think of Titanic, but, the 3rd one looks like a Hepburn bow...so me thinks I'm one of the people Libby is talking about! lol

I'm not thinking animated due to the fact that the first picture has a sparkle broach or pin of some kind. I am thinking Chicago, but the white bow has me stumped. The 2nd picture looks like animated or a painting...if that is the case...Who Framed Roger Rabbit as it is both. Or Rocky and Bullwinkle...other than that...I really don't know. Iona

soon as I saw that bow I thought Alice In Wonderland... a Depp movie but not a Depp movie yet! No idea if it really is... sorry I haven't put much thought into these today - life is still all over the place

Nancy K said...

Roger Rabbit and the Little Mermaid had crossed my mind...the bow reminds me of her wedding dress at the end.
Tired...going back to bed now, will have to see what it really is in a few hours...

I am amazed that anyone can figure these out! I am thinking Anne of Green Gables due to the bottom picture, but it was never shown in theaters. Could be My Fair Lady or Gone with the Wind.

I never could have guessed this since I've never seen the movie, but I've added it to our Netflix Queue now. :) Off to do some research for card ideas. Out of curiosity, will you post the full pictures that were cropped into the guesses?

Okay - I just finished watching the movie on YouTube. I need more suggestions of old movies like this! I can count on three fingers (or less) old movies I've seen like this! I know, I know - pathetic.

Now - to design a card.....
